1. This EXPRESS RMA E-mail form is good for maximum 5 items with total 20 pcs. or less in quantity, please use our standard Fax form otherwise. 2. No need to attach invoice copy when e-mail SubmitRMA, nor by fax. We will ask for if necessary. 3. Please complete form and hit SubmitRMA only once, same form submitted more than once will slow down your RMA process. 4. Please call us if you do not receive a reply e-mail with RMA number after 2 working days. 5. Please print this page before you hit SubmitRMA if your e-mail program is not set to save your sent e-mail message.
